In order to highlight the ripe bright fruit qualities, the grapes were crushed and pressed lightly using only the free-run juice. Aging exclusively in French oak barrels, and malolactic fermentation, added layers of toasty vanilla and creamy nuances to the stone fruit and citrus components of the wine. Enjoy this Chardonnay with a variety of seafood dishes, such as saut+ed halibut with a fresh lemon and butter sauce, grilled shrimp or salmon, or fresh crab cakes.
